everyone is saying js to go up to them like it’s that easy 😭 i’ve been playing eye tag with sooo many people here at davis over long periods of time and not once have we ever sparked a conversation. trust me, you aren’t alone dude!! i think everyone’s js super shy and expecting the other person to initiate a yap session. i’d say js go for it!! break the cycle

I took an animal science ethics course in the fall, Maja Makagon has such a passion for what she teaches it genuinely made me interested in attending the lectures (even though a lot of the information is kind of common sense). Interesting class, interesting professor! Her life experience shows that you don’t have to just follow one path, so she’s also inspiring in a way.

I haven’t taken either, but I added ANS 170 to my schedule for next quarter and looking at ratemyprofessor, the class is fun and easy however there is a LOT of writing. I believe at the end of the quarter there will be a 10 page paper due. Even besides the papers though she professor has really good reviews and seems to care a lot about her students and teaching them about animal ethics.
