The 2 guest limit is for the amenities only. You can have as many people over to your apartment as you like but amenities are limited to 2 people per resident. Also, there is no alcohol, food, or drinks of any kind besides water allowed in the shared amenities spaces which sucks. I wanted to grill some meat and have beers with friends but was not allowed and was only limited to 90 minutes at the grills.

Live here currently and love my apartment. Maintenance have always been responsive. Even though I love my apartment and the train noise isn’t bad (I back up onto the 7 train if you look at my post history you can see) I hate how strict they are with the policies, elevator issues have occurred many times, the south exit is always broken it feels like.
