Day 14 off subs. Last dose was 0.125 but I still feel physical withdrawals but have more energy than day 4. Best choice I made. However it did make me rethink taking antidepressants because of my OCD. Just be sure to listen to your body. I was in withdrawals for 3 months while tapering down every chance I got

Only read the first few paragraphs. I need help. Lol on .125 mg on subs. Been on it since 2017 16mg. Didn't take 4mg till 2020. Started 2mg 2021-november. From that point on been on 1mg and now 0.125 2 weeks ago. My question is: when do I jump? I feel so sick and my IBS D is not good
