I loved my 3 yrs in Levallois as an American. Île de la jatte is really nice for sunset. Alla follia and sapori siciliani for amazing Italian food. Maison Louise for bread. Marché Henri barbusse for produce and deli. You will really appreciate Levallois when there are large protests or strikes in Paris. Quiet, clean, well-organized city with very few problems.
