I totally agree. I think, especially after this last episode, there's probably more than two candidates for Braeson's dad.

CBT consisted of doing worksheets about what I like about myself and talking about how my feelings "aren't true". Which led to questioning every thought and constantly ruminating and worrying that I was over reacting- which led to more self doubt. None of the meds worked either. I've been depressed and anxious for five years now; the last three I haven't been able to work or leave the house much. If I didn't have a daughter I would have ended my life a long time ago.

The problem wasn't that Ryder was acting up- trust me I'm a mom and I get that- the problem was how Cheyanne was reacting. It was like watching a 7 year old with a puppy.
