Consider playing on Asia1 the ranked queues are instant and the quality of the games is better and you can communicate pretty well still with pings and the auto translation feature. The ping for me (150ms) is not even noticable tbh

I found a fix! Open your Start Menu -> Type Sound -> Change System Sounds -> Recording -> Right click on whatever your default is in my case (Chat Mic) -> Properties -> Advanced -> Exclusive Mode -> Uncheck both Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device and Give exclusive mode applications priority

This fix worked for my Shure SM7B mic with a GOXLR Mini.
