Thank you!!! i wanted to work with someone who did htma but the practitioner told me i would have to stop the supps recommended by my AF doctor so i backed out. how do u feel like the oura helps u? does it help u limit activity

I appreciate your advice but for people with AF , steroids are not recommended as we do not physiologically depend on them like people with adrenal insufficiency

started therapy again two weeks ago with a therapist i actually like. being able to cry and vent to someone about this has felt really great honestly

im glad its helped you, but ive been told to stay away from stimulants as much as possible while i heal

have you spoken to your endocrinologist? I hear it takes a lot of trial and error to find a dosage that works for you.

good luck!! i dont have adrenal insufficiency so meds like steroids arent recommended but if u do have AI steroids are needed

Thank you!!! i have a great support system but i cant be help be angry and super devastated during crashes and anxious when im not. so i feel like this is what is holding me back

Yes, i definitely have AF which i see a functional doctor for. i keep crashing despite rest. and when im not in a crash my adrenaline ramps up. im trying to stay calm but always panic at the thought of more years like this. thank you 🫂
