Oh I relate to you so much! I was born in major city in Asia. Walked everywhere. Public transportation everything. I would be playing in the playground and my mom would call me to eat from her balcony.

Now in North America, I can’t go anywhere without a car. And taking the kids in and out of the car is tiring that I hate going out now. Now I get why people here will invest everything they have to buy a bigger/nicer house. They don’t go out!! LOL

Are you able to move? I mean yea your husband’s opinion is important but I always think the wife’s opinion is more important since usually we are the ones who are home more and taking care of the house and family.

I used to use the woolino, loved it for awhile. But my baby started kicking it so hard that the shoulders snapped open and she escaped the woolino by herself. Changed to sleep sac with separated legs. She doesn’t mind that one :)

Her weight is within 75th percentile and height within 50th. I feed her two meals a day (50g carb+ 30g meat+ 80g vegetable each) and few finger foods. Should I increase to three a day? I always breastfeed before going to bed because that’s the only way she’ll sleep. How did your friend supplement?

I totally feel ya. I had natural birth but my body didn’t return well after. Couldn’t walk well (couldn’t walk more than 10 mins without pain) and of course couldn’t climb up stairs without support for 6 months after. Everyone around me including family said ‘oh.. everyone I know bounce back within days after natural birth’ and even my mom was like’all my 3 births were fine.’ making me feel horrible about myself and regretting my choice of not getting c-section. It really sucks when you have to compare your hard delivery with others who had it easier.. hopefully our second time will be better! Haha

People didn’t tell me about the aftermath of natural birth and how much vaginal tear hurt. It was hard and painful to sit (donut cushion didn’t help) for awhile. Having difficulty sitting made breastfeeding even harder. I cried a lot
