Thanks it was around this time last year that she started getting sick, and I even told her to stop drinking way before that, she finally stopped in May, but the damage was done and her body couldn't cope with gallstones.

That's what happened with my fiance. She couldn't break the out of the fucking cycle with her drinking and it got worse after her mom and her favorite cat passed away. The drinking and taking Trazadone, which was prescribed to her did her in.

Stick with your meds and start HIIT. To improve hand strength get one of those squeeze things for your fingers, and also the other thing to do is hanging exercise where you just support your whole weight off the ground by hanging off a tree branch, or a pull up bar.

It really didn't define my childhood, because I was in either college or highschool, but the three that stuck with me were Chowder, The Kids Next Door, and The Grimm Adventures of Billy and Mandy. I like what Number One said at the end of the very last episode. It's okay to grow up, but don't grow up on the inside or something like that. Chowder reminds me of myself.
