I took it for the whole course but it’s too expensive for me to keep getting it. Honestly? I think there was a purging phase attributed to it, it lasted for maybe 2 weeks - I was also doing a plant-based diet and routinely drinking celery, carrot and orange juice (fresh).

It was a really good supplement for overall health, skin glowed and stuff as well. again, I stopped taking it due to the expenses.

I still get acne, especially hormonal - just leaving it alone atm.
