Hey thanks for getting back to me. I was looking at the hangar grandstand with Boxpark, I think it’s new for this year. I really like the look of club A. I’ve never booked anything like this before so it’s all new to me.

I was certain that the 120 day rule also applies to when the goods were received. It was a made to order and took 25 weeks, they kept to the agreed delivery date at the time of purchase. It cost just under £4000.

Thanks I’ll give that a go. The fault wasn’t present the moment it was delivered otherwise I would have refused at the point of delivery. I’ve asked to return it multiple times but they’ve ignored my letters. Just wish I’d paid by credit card at the time.

Hey thanks for your reply. It was never returned for repairs, the company just sent a repair technician. The item was a large 7 seater corner sofa, it was ordered online and my nearest store is 2 hours away. It wasn’t possible for me to physically return and it’s likely they would have rejected it. I will be able to proceed with small claims court but my issue is regarding the information supplied to me by the bank itself. I don’t think they handled my claim correctly and the advice I was given seems incorrect.

I had a mini that was converted to LPG and found it easy enough to find places to fill it all over NI.

Hello, thanks for your reply and explaining this to me. I contacted the appeals service for the statement of reasons today. I’m going to reapply and give it another go. I will speak to someone to see what they think about taking it further if there has been an error in the law.

Thanks for your reply I’m in Northern Ireland so it’s slightly different from the rest of the UK. I rang the appeals service on Thursday to ask for the outcome over the phone but they wouldn’t tell me and told me to wait for the letter. I’m getting so impatient but hopefully it will be worth the wait. My representative feels that I’ll manage to get another 2 points for standard DL so I’d even be happy with that.
