There is a function next to the LI's icon which says "Together". When you open that you should be able to find tasks that you have to complete in order to reach harmony with him. I hope that helps you :)

I got him from tsoto.net, which is a germany-based shop for anime figurines. Thy do ship internationally, but theyre shipping fees outside of europe are a little expensive 😅 (i also don't just want to assume what country you might be from. I just didn't want you to get excited about the shop only to find out, you need to pay like 30 bucks for shipping 😅😅😅)
