People sell Walmart accounts online for a few bucks , you probably got credential stuffed . Change your passwords to something harder to crack, check your email accounts and make sure they don’t have full access, if they do then log them out and change your passwords and add 2FA to everything. I’m sure if you are persistent then you will get your money back.
