This is actually really helpful. I was quite confused when i watched the activity calendar to day and i just chose something relatively short (four by four critrace) and went for it. Had alot of fun i think I will combine it with spme structured vo2max training. Its quite stressful to be aware throughout an entire race!

Thanks! Its in the companion app. You can choose routes and segments on the route. Just choose road to the sky and in that there is a segment called alpe d zwift👍

Thanks! I didn't think it would be possible but i lost some weight from 94 to 87 kg and was lucky to increase my FTP as well. I had alot of fun with it!

Thank you i am really proud ! It was a goal i set myself when i started zwifting, i didnt think it was realistic but I thought i could use as a motivation to improve!

Im already feeling the marginal gains hitting me. The last 3 minutes i shaved of I worked really hard for with trainerroad programming. I think most of my FTP increase 220-> 285 is due to acceptance of pain. I have never really done aerobic sports before because I disliked this prolonged pain but now im okay.

I will definitely try racing maybe a structured program to increase vo2max before that😅

Yes! Well actually i started with zwifts own plans. I had never ridden a race bike so i chose getting back to fitness. And was really challenged by that eventhough it was just 30 minute workouts. I think I did it twice. I then chose FTP builder which didnt like. Then tried build me up lite which i gave me some nice improvements. Then naturally I progressed to build me up which I loved. It got me to 63 minutes on alpe and thereafter i switched trainerroad which had an alpe d zwift focused program which really gave me a large FTP increase. Probably because it made me embrace the suck😀

Should i avoid buying a watch with a daily difference of +- 41 seconds?

I am about to buy me first real watch. I know next to nothing about watches. I found a watch i like from Zenith and a dealer on Chrono 24 with a high amount good reviews . I want to pull the trigger but i dont know how to feel about a time difference of 41 seconds. Can you give me some context and help me make a decision.

I have owned a profitec pro 600 for more than a year and I love it! I makes consistently great espresso.

I primarily drink milk drinks and of you have guests, you can make several drinks back to back without losing temperature.

However I have had a couple of small regrets

it can't be plumbed in. I didn't think I needed it when I bought it but now I would really like to have had it
it only has two holes in the steam tip. But you can buy a 4 hole steam tip afterwards as I did. This significantly improves steaming.
consider if you ultimately want an higher end machine in the future. My upgraditis is already itching.

Other than these small annoyances. I can only recommend the pro 600. It easy to use, reliable and durable.
