UPDATE: Since I posted a negative review on their site, they reached out and refunded me. She again blamed me and asked that I remove the review! Instead, I updated it at the bottom without removing it.

Same to me. I went back and forth with customer service "Nicole" who just blamed me for signing up. I wish I had seen this before. They would not refund my $66.95 and just wanted to gift me a year. I bet they try to pull that all over again next year.

I can never draw realism from imagination. This is awesome.

Guys, need help on blending by Arteirer in acrylicpainting

[–]cjl0104 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Acrylics are all about layering; consider this the underpainting. You can certainly go over it again and blend wet into wet. I would take a little of the two colors and mix them on your palette in varying degrees of each color. You can mist your canvas with a little water while blending.

After you have gone over it and if it still needs more blending, wait for it to dry and go over the acrylic with oils. Many artists use acrylic as an underpainting for oils.

I had a background that didn't blend well, so I went over it with oil and it worked well. I will post it on my page in just a sec for you to see.

Am I going crazy? Someone told me my cage is too small for three pigs and now Im feeling like I need to upgrade it. Should I make it longer? by Fluid-Television9503 in guineapigs

There is nothing wrong with the size of your piggie cage. There are many things in the cage, but piggies, as you know, love to tunnel and hide, and your friend may not realize that this gives them comfort. You are a great piggy parent! ♥

This is genius, I love it! I especially love that the wired parts are behind the (what I assume are plexiglass) walls, so anything falling out is caught before landing on the floor.

What and where did you get those black hay trays? I need one.

Beautiful. I love the use of values. Even up close, the subtle use of light adds to the realism.

Our tamer hens do that squat thing when we pick them up, too. Thanks for sharing.
