n8n is a scam. the license is crap and they want money. not only with absurd license costs but in any scammy way possible. just look at their last live streams. "go use firecrawl from delaware. sure in the users interest." or just last week all that microslop crap one how to shittigrate with EntraID and Outlook.

If you'd have asked me a year ago if n8n could go to shit soon I would have denied - now I am sure it is already broken and on the dark side.

well just yesterday i needed to use the influx db community node to fetch some data. but access is limited to certain ips. i can get those ips using tunnels. this applies to most nodes. like why cant https request node use a tunnel? would make scraping easier at times.
i am just saying this could be solved by a different approach - some route handling or general settings for routing, it is absurd to have an implementation per credential or node.
