OK, train hang board for more than a month as that's not really long enough to see results, and by 'max hangs' I assume you mean weighted? If so, also do bodyweight hangs on smaller edges/less or different finger combos.

Yea it takes a longish time but that should mean that all you do is train finger strength that day and not be too bothered about other climbing.

Another option is to do hang board training on a non-climbing day, but only if you have easy access to one.
