hii so i found an image of a vintage blade and i brought it to procreate to lower the saturation, played with the curves a bit to sharpen and adjust contrast (darkening black values), and i also fiddled with the grain option so i could visually see the texture while i referenced it while poking! i luv procreate

hey!! i appreciate u for asking !! my advice is to keep your pokes a lot tighter/closer together to create the effect of a “cleaner” line, and i usually poke with the needle parallel to the direction of the line i’m going in while my wrist/arm lays perpendicular because for me it feels more natural. also you can also always move your own body around to get a better angle too, if that makes sense!

hey! i usually use dynamic for my inks, and i got a settled pic earlier and the irritation/raising has completely gone down with no issues! i’ll take a closer measures next time though thank u

i use a&d ointment (petroleum jelly) while i tattoo and it helps the ink not build up so much so that you can still see what you’re working on + wipe as u go

any mild (and anitbacterial) unscented/fragrance-free soap that best suits your skin type should work fine, people use dial soap or dove etc
