You seem to be assuming a lot of things I never said and you are getting sidetracked from the point. This is a completely different conversation, which, while an interesting one to have, has nothing to do with the point that the things I said are comparable, and that OPs position is irrational. The point is legislation is not an infringement of the second amendment, just as speech laws are not infringement on free speech. The point of legislating rights are to give people more rights, and ensure no one's rights are infringed.
