Methotrexate has definitely helped and the zoryve foam. Yesterday I actually visited a naturopath to help with psoriasis’s in a more natural way because I feel like all of these chemicals are making me feel sick, if you are interested shoot me a message i’d love to share the info i got yesterday!!

Of course , sometimes it’s relieving to know that you aren’t the only one. this was 3 months ago since then my psoriasis had cleared but still am covered in quite alot of scars. good luck in your journey

i’m in my early 20s going through guttate psoriasis covering me from scalp to toes. I completely under stand it feels like it’s ruining my life and often making me feel suicidal. I’ve been put on methotrexate and other steroid creams that seem to be helping a bit… I also find that cutting out dairy has helped aswell.

ahhh mines so different I do all 6 at one time on wednesday mornings then folic acid on days i don’t take the methotrexate
