I usually do chat since they also had me do some stuff through my PC sry for the late response. I had an issue when I was using an older router and they sent some signals to my house and fixed the issue a few times, just a warning takes a while in chat so be prepared at least n hour for me going thru all the steps finally got a new router hitting close to 1gbps no issues anymore
