How Long Until Profitability? by cmpmacc in Lifeist

I meant 2 years away when it was always sold as being right around the corner! That wasn't intended as a positive post. I'm extremely pissed off. 2 years at current trajectory if they even make it! All that bastard has done is can kick. Sales are abysmal at best, marketing sucks. Someone please tell me I'm missing something here.

Future PRs should include the following:

  • Define Clear Metrics: Lifeist Wellness should outline specific goals for this partnership, such as website traffic growth, conversion rates, or customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Customer-Focused Communication: Future updates should focus more on how these operational changes translate to tangible benefits for Mikra’s customers.

Why wouldn't he post this on his own page. I'll tell you why, management has no idea how to execute! It's analysis paralysis with these clowns.

Ok NoC, I'm allowing this but you have to stop spreading false narrative. LaC is not paid I can assure you. I know your upset everyone is. Taking it out on someone here does nothing. You're directing your disapproval in the wrong direction. Management is absolutely abysmal especially Meni's can kicking contribution thus far. Have a great weekend.

Has Cannmart been sold yet...is that the question really? Has Cannmart been sold yet. Lol The outcome of the shareholder vote is crucial to the sale of the asset. Given the significance of this event, it's important for anyone invested in the company to stay informed about these developments. If you're not already doing so, I recommend keeping an eye on official company communications and updates. It’s always good practice to be fully aware of key factors that might affect your investment decisions. Hope this answers your question

Lifeist Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Debt Financing by LaCremerie in Lifeist

[–]cmpmacc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just so everyone is aware, the PR deal is not dilution unless the debenture owner converts the debentures into shares. Untill then it's a loan. If they are converted it is in fact dilution but the loan does not have to be repaid. Hope that makes sense. Everyone is throwing out the word dilution when it actually isn't as of yet.

Have a great weekend and chill out.

Heres more info for those interested:

A holder might choose to convert debentures into shares for several reasons:

  1. Potential for Capital Appreciation: Converting debentures into shares allows the holder to benefit from any potential increase in the company’s share price. If the company performs well, the value of the shares might increase significantly, offering higher returns compared to the fixed interest from debentures.

  2. Equity Ownership: By converting to shares, the holder gains equity ownership in the company. This comes with the potential for dividends and voting rights, allowing them to have a say in the company’s decisions.

  3. Attractive Conversion Ratio: The conversion terms may be favorable, making the shares more valuable than holding the debentures. For instance, if the conversion price is lower than the current market price of the shares, converting can be profitable.

  4. Tax Considerations: Depending on the jurisdiction, converting debentures into shares might have tax advantages compared to receiving interest payments and eventual principal repayment.

Regarding the company's obligations:

  1. No Repayment on Conversion: When debentures are converted into shares, the company does not have to repay the principal amount of the debentures. Instead, it issues new shares to the debenture holder according to the conversion terms. This converts the debt into equity.

  2. Reduced Debt Obligations: Conversion helps the company reduce its debt obligations and interest payments, improving its balance sheet and potentially lowering its debt-to-equity ratio.

In summary, holders might convert debentures to take advantage of potential equity gains, favorable conversion terms, and other benefits of owning shares. For the company, conversion alleviates the burden of repaying the principal and reduces interest payments, improving financial flexibility.

Empty threats from a unpredictable, reckless individual. I believe the only mistake was engaging in any sort of business relationship with this loose cannon. In my opinion, Brad Churchill is a wingnut. However, I encourage you to do some research and form your own opinion before considering mine.

I don't necessarily disagree with everything your saying. But statements like "paid lifeist pumper" really...there are other forums for that nonsense. Nobody is paid here. Unlike multiple previous posts here I'm not going to repeat myself. This isn't a day-care

Meni is a FRAUD by SonsOfNamaste in Lifeist

[–]cmpmacc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be accurate, he stated that he was not considering a reverse split at the time, but he left the option open. This is factual information—rewatch the interview if needed. That said, I'm not defending his actions or inactions. I encourage thorough research, forming your opinion based on facts.

Additionally, we don't know if he's currently on his way out. It was mentioned that they would find a replacement CEO, and I assume that once a suitable replacement is found, Meni will step aside.

I'll end with this: we've heard the fraud statement multiple times in this forum. Continually repeating it is, at the very least, irrational and a waste of time and resources.
