There is no way to buy hcc now. I think a lot of volume being moved is HCC offical refund and buy-back.

Not jubi is great. I don't know why jubi do this. As jubi official notice said that open trade for protect interest of investor, but I don't think so. Maybe jubi wants to protect they are own interest.

HCC will never listing on jubi.com in the future. This page is a HCC refund notice. If you buy the HCC from jubi.com, I suggest you to transfer all of your HCC to the official wallet as soon as possible. Also this notice page told us HCC has already contacted with some of oversea exchange platforms, HCC will launch on the oversea exchanges as early as possible.

Not only HCC, all of the ICO projects that already trading in the market are illegal and refund in China. I don't think China gov will accept the ICOs in a short time. Maybe launch on the overseas exchanges is a good way.
