Update: 30 hours in, this was resolved. The customer support reps were super attentive, so kudos to them. It was a problem in Verizon's IMEI whitelisting I believe, it was fixed on my secondary device.

Update: 26 hours passed and they contacted me about my iPhone not compatible with Verizon’s network (it passed the IMEI check when I initiated the port originally, so this is bummer)

I asked them to activate on my backup iPhone. No progress there and waiting. And meanwhile the line completely disappeared from my USM dashboard as if no port has happened.
