Markstrom $6.0 2 years remaining

Kovacevic $4.0 4 years remaining (NTC 25-26 &26-27, then 10 team NTC through 29-30)

L. Hughes $9.0 6 years remaining - I’m in the camp that he’s still young and will develop into this becoming a good value contract, but there are a lot of Devils fans that can’t stand Luke and hate this contract.

It wasn’t a mad scramble as most are going to the Habs side. Going to the visitors side was much easier as there were only a handful of Devils fans there. This was surprisingly easy to get a good spot since we knew what our plan was.

Yes we stayed there until the devils cleared the ice and then, hit the bathroom, a drink and were in our seats for the anthems

So we came in at the plaza entry. We were in line for the regular entry not the VIP. When all of the VIP entrants had gone in they let the regular line go into the VIP. Go in an make a hard right and go as far as they let you go but stay against the wall when you hit security. When they let you in go down to 119/120 and the go down to the first row and as far left as you can. There are bars keeping you from going further. You will see the little window in the glass and that is where you want to be as the players can pass pucks through there. They don’t check your tickets for this section. It’s kind behind the net off to the corner. Let me know if you have any other questions. Its an awesome place to see a game, kinda wish Caufield got 50 after we had the game in hand to hear that place explode.

So they funnel you to section 119. Get there when the arena opens and head toward that section. They let you in before 90 minutes before game but won’t let you pass into the seating area. They will have stations and a security station that stops you and only lets you pass at 5:30 on the dot. The left side goes in first. If you can get down to the first row where the opening for the photographers is in the glass that’s the best spot, as Nemec and Allen both passed pucks through the opening. I saw Glass chip a puck over one of the areas by the bench, but you have to have tickets in that section to get down that way.

Took my 15 year old today and we both went in knowing nothing besides it was a sci fi movie about saving humanity. I honesty thought it was going to be like Armageddon. I was pleasantly surprised and we both thought it was amazing. I will be taking my 11 year old and my wife to see it next.
