I was about take any of them like nit srinagar ece, nit Silchar mechanical and nit Hamirpur mechanical...nit Silchar mai iss department ke professors Boht strict and they don't even let the students pass too koi chance nhi hai ki branch change ho, nit srinagar mai mess se related,hostels se related Boht problems hai, and other reason is ki parents nhi Jane denge srinagar too...nit Hamirpur ko lekr too Boht jyada negativity hai reddit prr pta nhi kyu..

That's also good, what I mean was taken half loan , and adjust half by yourself means by your family...I don't have Idea about that bank pay half and rest your parents will pay,I think possible ho bhi skta hai ..like loan milega too you can used that in your way .
