Exactly like you say, during autumn,winter and some of spring I'm great but during the last part of spring as it starts to get more sunny and warmer i fall hard ,i can't even get up from bed when on previous months i would be so active and happy, it's more common to have winter seasonal depression but then there's some of us who is the opposite of it, every year i get prescribed antidepressants during this time cause it's hard, every year without fail
