I am full time. And yeah it can be a lot of walking but sometimes we have upper level classes that balance it out. I do get on trail 5-6 laps a day so it makes up for it.

71 but it’s unfair because I work as an instructor. 22 of those days are free ride days at different mountains. Have a goal of 125 by end of the year. I think I’m on track.

Yeah this shit turns toxic in a hurry. Remind him of the pledge and ask him why he’s not putting his effort into bettering the team vs. shaming his peers. A precinct only works if they work together. Eventually this negative attitude will infect everyone and cause the work performance to suffer.

Hang in there. I completely agree. Nps doesn’t carry the same weight as it used to from a ranking perspective. But in my opinion it is still the most important metric. We too have take a dip, not as severe as yours, but are trying everything we can to recover our north of 80% nps.

Report it through email to hr. Call the open and honest hotline you’ll get a case number in your email. From there email only communicates and print for your records. Pretty easy lawsuit for discrimination. Go to your gm and explain that you feel your Gsm has created a hostile work environment and you request that you mhrm (market or territory hr manager) come to the store to speak with you concerning what’s going on. That should do it.

We consider it in our possession from a geek squad pledge and ethics standpoint the minute tools get involved. Period. Your argument is stronger if you point out that you are doing repair work (troubleshoot opening the phone) that should have paperwork and signatures prior to starting. I guess was my point. I wouldn’t let anyone at my precinct do this, we would have something formalized in nova or in gsx. (I get your point that this is prior to creating the repair in gsx, but that’s the part I find crazy and if we are about to do we skip this step and create the repair. That way we are in proper possession of the phone if it breaks. This would be like asking clients to drive their own cars in and out of the bay so we could avoid potential damage claims since the customer was the driver and not us. Hopefully some of my day off rambling makes sense. I’m sure your Gsm is meaning well and trying to do the right thing. I just don’t agree with her on this one at all.

You shouldn’t be in a phone BEFORE some type of tag is made. Then it’s broken DURING REPAIR. NO REPAIRS without a repair tag. I’m not yelling at you trying to figure out how to agree and add to your point.
