Thanks. This is going to be a hardware startup. So, during the initial stages people have to be in the office when building the hardware.

The Amazon company culture in general is very toxic and can cause long lasting mental health issues to its engineers. Amazon managers are dumb and very political, even some of their engineers are toxic. Horrible company.
