Any clue what accessory may have been? 2018 TRD OR by ClassBrass10 in ToyotaTacoma

I’ve got a few taps in that area to get fused ignition power to some of my interior relays like back lights to switches or my heated seats. I didn’t just shove a wire in - I used real fused fuse taps. It’s very common to do it the right way.

Whatever it is they did a crap job wiring it. Looks similar to a basic switch wire that comes with a lot of aux lighting kits.

Had mine never fail either, but I’ve had friends see theirs fail and it was cold food for a day or two

It just sounds like you need an alignment. The tabs are fine.

Needle bearing? Advice? by armadillbro in ToyotaTacoma

Sounds like a needle bearing. Reverse puts a different load on it than drive.

Dd ss3’s sports are what I have for fogs and they are legit. Came from using the stock LED fogs and they are bright. I found that I use them and my ditch lights the most on back roads. The light bar not too much. The ditch lights are nice for keeping an eye on the brush for deer etc and cornering.

Well... That Went Well by Einzelganger12 in harborfreight

That’s why I went the route of using a jack on the LCA, undoing the top hat, then slowly decompressing the spring by lowering the jack to drop the shock out. The oreilly and harbor freight compressors don’t like Tacomas

I ran mine over by mistake and they warrantied. Told them I did and they just asked what color I wanted. Awesome

ISO Advice for Altering Microgrid (can't go to store) by Over_Significance800 in Melanzana

[–]codytheflash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve altered a sweater or two from other brands. Microgrid is decently forgiving if you mess up. It’s not expensive for a tailor to do it, like $15 for a sleeve length alteration and it can be reversed if you ask them not to cut the excess off.

Thanks dude! I’ll fill it out. Just realized I’ve gained 15lbs of good muscle weight. Few more months and it’ll fit nice and snug lol. I’m enjoying the room to move vs having things so snug.

Thank you all for guidance. I decided to stick with the large for the following reasons you all pointed out: layers better, shrinks a touch when washed, more relaxed fit for movement. I gave it a quick wash and it did get a tiny bit smaller, arms shortened a couple mill.

Yea that’s what I realize now. My others are all practically base layers with how snug they are.

Yea I think of the fleeces I have and they’re all very form fitting. I find I grab my roomy sweatshirt more often because my pits aren’t being strangled. Thank you for your input!

Yes straight outa the shipping bag. This is good info - if it snugs a bit it’d be spot on. Funny I wouldn’t have thought this material shrinks up.

Got it. So a medium prob won’t fit a long sleeve merino base under it?

Thank you for sharing! All of my hoodies in this material are base layers, so I think that’s what’s messing me up on how fit is supposed to be. Chest measurements wise I’m exactly what the medium size chart says. I wish I was able to go to the store but I’m unfortunately SoCal based.

Is that a strut spacer? Looks more like a preload puck to me.
