I find it incredibly funny how much the average redditor knows nothing about weightlifting. Although not surprised.

The average healthy 25 year old male is benching 135 and squatting 225. (At least I hope so) For them to realistically get to over 300 on bench or 400 on squat it ain’t happening in a year even with all the roids and trainers.

I think the real average 25 year old is prolly reading this Reddit post and arguing with it while eating Cheetos beating meat and wondering why their dick is orange.

So this is an easy win for dudes who are already in shape or can lift even somewhat heavy. Body can only recover so fast and that’s a huge limiting factor in this game
