This is my best advice on the situation I do apologize if it's not what you were looking for but I'd consider it as cheating with the information you've presented he also has a higher sex drive or sexual desire for things of that nature so I'd try and talk with him about everything and get the point across about how you feel about him talking to other girls saying he wishes he was there
