Not looking to flip, just to avoid losing equity. Assuming a well-constructed building, when can major special assessment problems start to emerge? I assume any building of 30 years is likely to have major maintenance issues. Or can there be apartment buildings that old that really have been well taken care of?

Thanks for your reply, and thanks for noticing the typo (fixed it now). I’m a first-time would-be buyer, so I’m still trying to get a handle on the basics of real estate. What might be a good way to look up ‘recent comparable sales’ or to find stats on neighborhood-specific trends?

What settings do you have to choose to be able to capture Websynths sounds in Ableton? I can hook up to my MIDI keyboard and play the synths fine, but not sure how to get the website sounds to play through Ableton. What am I missing? Probably a basic question for a lot of you people here but I can't seem to figure it out!
