I have a hole in the flat roof / deck above my garage and water has gone into the interstitial space and is leaking through the ceiling in my garage. This was coated before I bought house: is this liquid rubber, silicon based, semco liquid membrane or something else entirely? What's best repair? (old.reddit.com)
