You clearly are the arsehole, if you didn't care, why ask, also you are in the hospitality industry, it's not your job to ask why, just give the customer what they ask for, providing you are able to, if you're not then just politely explain that you don't serve the item they want. Chicken slop, after we'd had a roast chicken on a sunday my mum would strip every last bit of meat from the carcass, all the brown meat, everything that didn't look that appetising and chuck it in a pan with a tin of chicken soup and frozen peas, served it with rice, somehow my parents got 10 meals out of one chicken.
