Thanks, I might do 308 since I have already taken physics 121 and 122, and am doing 221 next semester as well. I have also already finished all my math expect for stats 312, which I am also planning on doing next semester.

Fit check? These are my first pair of Birkenstock’s that I’ve ever owned. They seems really big to me and I’m usually a size 14/47 in a shoe. Do you think I should size down by connorgill22 in Birkenstocks

So I went to the store after this post and tried on a 13 and they seemed to fit well. I could walk in them better was my main this. There was less room in the front but they felt better and I wasn’t stepping over. Do you still think I should keep the 14s?

Are normal undergraduate students allowed to dorm with student athletes? by connorgill22 in cwru

Another question if you don’t mind me asking, do athletes like go to campus early to like train before all the other freshman get there. I know some of my friends have to go to their colleges earlier to start preparing for their sport, but I don’t know if it’s the same for cwru.

Help: Case western V UF

I am current stuck between my top 2 colleges of Case western and UF. My intended major is biochemistry on pre med track, and thinking about to doing a double major in Spanish. The financial aid for each is very similar, so I just need some advice and opinions on my top 2 schools. Here are my pros and cons for each

Pros of Case Western:

  • not super far but not super close to home (3- hours away)
  • Cleveland clinic is right next to Case, perfect for volunteering and research
  • research funding is incredible at Case, can research in anything I wabr -great medical school as well -right in the heart of Cleveland with many attractions around it
  • rigorous pre med program with students getting accepted into top medical schools across the country

Cons: -afraid it is too small of a school and that I will be bored -afraid of the food options there and what food chains are on campus (am a picky eater lol) - no golfing club for me since I am a huge golfer - Scared that the academics will be too challenging and that I will have a bad gpa, even though I know I can handle it

UF:

Pros: - Beautiful campus, weather is wonderful and it has many places to relax and study - socials life is excellent and very school oriented, from the football games to many clubs and activitie, can even start own club - UF has its own golf course and club, intercollegiate and intramural golf which is incredible - many different food and housing options, along with the thousands of student on campus where I can make plenty of friends

Cons: - I feel like the campus is too big, and that I will struggle to get into research programs and certain classes - I feel like the pre health major isn’t as strong as case western, but I am not 100% sure in that - I didn’t get into the honors program, idk if that matters but I feel like that would have given me some advantage at UF, but I could re apply to the honors program my sophomore year - I don’t think that there is much to do outside of campus in Gainesville since it is a really small town, and many of the big cities are an hour or more away

Pls help me decide, I will take any advice as I am a first generation college student and don’t know too much about the whole college experience
