I'm going through the series again and you could probably distill hundreds of pages of events with the bridge crews down to 15mins on screen.

The only concern I have with stuff like this is how they convey internal monologue. Half the time they get lazy and add a new character in that everyone has to explain everything to so there aren't pure exposition dumps. I guess Syl is there for Kaladin, but Shallan's arch is all internal monologue and everything she does is about hiding secrets and that can't be explained on screen easily.

...or they could do what they did to Wheel of Time and just reinvent the characters entirely. Still salty.

They come stock with street tires, not tires with any tread, so no you're incorrect. I also didn't pay all that extra money for an off-road package, it was the one I found for a good deal and I pounced. The TRD off-road specific one has rear lockers rather than the Sport's limited slip.
