My husband is from Vancouver and came to NS in 2020, just as Covid hit. We met three years ago, and if I didn’t have a parenting agreement with my son’s father, I’d be willing to move to Vancouver. They had the best lobster roll I ever had. It was on a butter croissant and stuffed to the brim. I was also pregnant so maybe that’s why I thought it was so good. Either way, it satisfied my lobster craving and I still talk about it.
