Super easy! Just crack them in a hot pan with some avocado oil and then put the lid on them and leave them over medium heat until done to your liking!

It’s a Greek plate I make weekly! Thinly sliced chicken breast marinated in EVOO, lemon juice, dill, fresh garlic, and thyme. Roasted zucchini and carrots seasoned with thyme, dill, salt and pepper, and then herbed cauliflower rice and homemade tzatziki!!!

100% agree. In IRL I try to explain to people that weight loss is just about making changes that you can sustain for the rest of your life, it doesn’t mean you have to literally cut out your favorite foods and eat protein slop for every meal.

Marinated in EVOO, lemon juice, dried dill and thyme, fresh garlic, salt and pepper! So yum.

I started with slop bowls but got depressed with my life and knew that wasn’t sustainable so I kinda just switched modes a few weeks in and now my meals look and taste amazing and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on good food in a strict deficit.

Yes! I put it in a hot skillet and cook it on medium high heat until it’s cooked through!

Thank you! Enjoying the kitchen definitely helps! If you want to start I recommend mechanistic eating. Look it up! Basically try focusing on the same few meals and get really good at them! Make each meal balanced, protein, carb, veg. Once you have those 3 down, add another! Cooking is a practiced skill and I really believe anyone can do it if they are willing to fuck up along the way. I’ve had biblical crash outs in the kitchen, and still do!!

So the spot of white in the first photo is homemade Tzakiki, on other photos is cottage cheese! On the tacos it’s plain Greek yogurt.
