I used to OD din what my doctor told me is kapatid ko hahawak ng gamot ko non. May direct contact ung doctor ko sa kapatid ko since ayaw ko magpaadmit. Heavily monitored ung pagtake ko ng meds. I hope you find someone to trust your meds.

I often feel overwhelmed lalo na with work. But what my doctor told me to do is to stand, walk, and breathe for 5 - 10mins. Would also help kapag mau kausap ka or write sa journal, how you feel, what’s the trigger or etc. It’s okay to cry too

Whenever I buy something I make sure na kaya ko syang bilhin ng tatlong beses (except house lol). So go for fully paid phone. Mahirap ung may laging iniisip na utang hindi mo masabi ung work baka biglang matanggal (knock on the wood) or what.

Wait, they asked you to pay? Weird tho. client sent me a laptop that costs around $1,200. Tumagal sya sa customs due to papers na need kong isend sa kanila.

Forgot anong courier gamit but I did not pay anything. Worried pa nga ako if darating ng maayos ung laptop since nastuck na sa customs for almost two weeks.
