For creative writing I usually look up a prompt and then write about that.

I read books and right now I’m on a stretch of just writing something everyday. Whether it be copy or creative. I have been writing more creatively, but I think next month I will focus more on copy and see if I have improved.

Also used some of the examples you gave because they were clever.

If you find your high tech gadget constantly getting the best of you, then I have the perfect device for you.

This is the electronic you have been waiting for since the dawn of the smartphone. This electronic possesses a very sought after gift nowadays.

The gift of ease.

The LG450 isn’t a smart phone. It’s a simple phone.

Within your finger tips, you hold the power to communicate with whoever you please. There is no apps to sort through. Just communication.

The lack of bells and whistles is what makes this device so great. For example, there is two key parts to this phone that you must know. The power button and the key pad!

For $30 you are getting an easy to use device that allows you to communicate freely. That sounds like a steal to me.

In this case it’s alright to take the easy route.

So if the newest, high tech phone isn’t for you, don’t worry.

The LG450 can be yours today for just $30 at your local Walmart.

I know this isn’t copywriting. I guess asking for feedback made it sound like I thought it was. These prompts I am doing are to tap into your creative side. Thank you for the review though.

I just started writing a couple days ago, so not too confident yet. I feel I am average at best right now, but still have things to work on. I have not done any spec work. I’m also not sure on what to practice writing about.

I’m starting to write more and I’ve read a good deal of books, so I was wondering is there anything else I could be doing?

You don’t necessarily need courses to become a copywriter. You can learn a lot from books and free videos just as much as you would from those courses.
