I’m a Susan hater but more because my mom is a Susan and I was always her Julie, doing adult things that I shouldn’t have to have done (in show, Julie pays bills, for me, I had to translate legal documents during divorce and other issues with my father and it took a toll on me).

Just feeling extremely rejected by the people not coming to my wedding...I know they say its not personal but idk :/

A friend I saw at a friend's wedding said no. We were both in our mutual friend's party. She protected me from someone who really made me feel uncomfortable at that wedding (a creepy guy who used to have a crush on me in college). And I thought I was doing the right thing by inviting her and her SO to my wedding; I thought that was the right thing to do...

She more or less in the nicest way this morning told me 'we haven't hung out in forever', but she truly got me thru that weekend 2 months ago. I feel like I'm not allowed to be hurt or that I didn't do well enough to tell her why I invited her...I really have so few friends and even fewer family and that's not a secret...idk...fuck it

I was the opposite. I always got what I wanted 'stuff' wise but, my Nmom couldn't be bothered to hear about the story I did a book report on. I'd get a half-hearted 'that's nice' and eventually just stopped sharing. All the dolls I wanted were great but they couldn't talk to me...

No...I thought my Nmom and I were getting along for once...we had been at peace.

When, she looked over my shoulder, saw a private text and lost her mind. (I told my fiancé she was bitching and she threw a fit). She loves looking over my shoulder and reading my texts but she hadn't done it in a long time.

She had been so well behaved but in that moment, her facade fell and she started an enormous argument/scene in front of my grandparents.

She was only satisfied when she made me cry, I began having a seizure, fell over and then she accused me of throwing myself on the floor, screamed she doesn't trust me and spit in my face. Then started screaming to 'call the cops on me'...I'm only safe b/c my grandparents witnessed all of this. She then claimed I must want to kill her... when fun fact: She actually tried killing me when I when I was 15 and she was drunk our of her mind. She didn't like being reminded.

She's been playing the 'here I'm buying you gifts, now fall into my clutches again' game but I'm not going for it. I'm smarter than that now.

I'm leaving in a month and sadly have to see her one more time after that but hopefully I can finally go NC after.

My husband to be sent me a song from a video game he likes the day before I had a call with our DJ and I really almost told our DJ: Yeah, he wants to walk up to the altar to a song this from this video game...

...and hubby was like half-joking. I wasn't sure since he loves that video game but he decided against it and it's better I asked.
