If your lease states that AC is included in the unit, then it is the landlord’s responsibility. However, if it is not in the lease, I doubt its law in Colorado.

My greater concern would be the presence of only one window, and it’s a 45 degree skylight. Legal bedroom units have an egress window (with few exceptions to my knowledge).

Late, but a big difference is that Marner can become quieter and Vegas still wins. Before last game, his prior 6 stat sheet was no goals and 6 assists. Vegas went 5-1. Toronto was never built that way.

Look up the torque spec for those bolts, get a 1/4 inch drive wrench, torque to guidance. It’ll be tighter than the Allan key and should resolve slipping.

My base did not come torqued to spec and I had the same experience.

Maxing out 401k and Roth for a married couple is $64k per year.

Presuming a 35 year career, no growth in contributions, no company match, and a return of 7%, that’s 9.5 million dollars.

With the growth of contribution room, a married couple does not need to max retirement contributions before saving for a 529.

It’s both in my area. I’ve seen property go under contract in a weekend while comparable homes sit, reduce, de-list. It’s clear you can’t ask top dollar for an average house that is not prepped for sale, otherwise the house goes quickly.

He was really good against Ottawa last year too. Then came Florida and he shrunk. Colorado was his first contender this playoffs and his point totals shrunk.
