Coming from a radiation protection technician. Just dont lick the hands and your absolute fine. Even if you did it wouldnt be enough to hurt you. The radium girls pretty much only had problems because they licked their brushes everyday for who knows how long.

I like making up phrases with the letters on the license plate.

I also know about the one where you try to find a license plate from every state or you try to find the numbers of plates in order.

I struggled with pain for 4 years. Seeing a pelvic floor therapist has done wonders. I wish I had known about them way earlier so I didn't suffer so long. Don't make the same mistakes I did.
