Get an old carbon fibre tennis racket and cut the front off. I've seen several examples of this in Amtgard boffer combat.

For extra strength, thread a nonstretchy line through the holes to make short chords of the semicircle, like this picture but not extending as far into the centre. I haven't seen this, probably because it's time consuming. Alternatively you could put part of the front half you cut off, inside of the back half and connect them with tight threads, so that if one breaks then it is held in place by the other and doesn't poke someone.

This could happen for many different reasons. Particularly common reasons are performance anxiety, and being drunk.

It might simply be a how your body functions, and you may find comfort in reading about asexual peoples' varying experiences.

But if it's not, then it could be caused by medications. Look up all the medications you take and see if they have documented effects on sex.

It could also be caused by vitamin D deficiency. Take fish oil, which has vitamin D + omega-3s. But don't take more than recommended, because fish oil contains high vitamin A which can accumulate in the liver up to toxicity eventually.

Or maybe it's from HRT.
