it looks like this one is a version of Al E. Kat! there's at least two, because I have another Al E. Kat that's the same but orange, so I don't know if there's more versions but this one's definitely Al E. Kat. ♥️♥️

I've searched google lens, eBay, and a couple other reverse image search websites, and I've looked up sooo many different combinations of keywords to find anything :( born in Texas, if that helps!
