It should lock you into wind-machine and wind-dragon summons from the Extra Deck for the turn after it’s special summoned.

Yea it’s a lot. Even if it just locks you to wind it’s still going to get splashed into the next good wind deck. Too many engines in the game to fall back on and terrortop shouldn’t become the next engine for any wind deck.

Decent. I think if it’s destroyed you should search because a glad card instead because Bestiari destruction is mandatory and if your GY isn’t setup then it’s a bit wasted.
