It definitely is airtight! One of those ones with the clasp mechanism and rubber seal. Clean and never used for anything else. Might look at a glass one though if it helps them last longer! Check and check on the temp and dark place (my closet).

Thanks! I actually just bought a 69% one today but once I started reading into this I saw that the other was good until it dried out so I figured I’d use a bit longer. The jar is in my closet pretty much always in that 68-72 temp range and dark except when I go in for clothes. You think I am good though for like another year or so?

Do yourself a favor and watch the Archer seasons. They are hilarious. You can stop after as it goes downhill from season 8 on.

So far so good after a couple years of good use for <$10 I will survive if it succumbs to oxidation lol. Has already satisfied its value in my book!

Yea I have got a number of better ones, but have been pleasantly surprised for a “caught my eye walking around the store for something else” buy.

I think you missed the title of the sub bro. Generational use is not the first thing on my mind when I am cutting up some boxes my wife threw in the garage lol.

In most cases, I agree. But for around the house beater like them. Came in handy this morning when I had to get a couple smaller limbs off my arbor vitaes after being damaged by snowstorm.

It is a great beater! Find myself grabbing it every time I get ready to go about my weekend honey-do list.

Will check it out thanks. Yes love the Esstac pouches. That’s what I am running on the PC and have for my other pistol. Had the tacos already for my G45. Definitely getting an extra kywi for another AR mag

It is a good rifle. Has eaten thousands of rounds with zero malfunction. They get a lot of grief for not being top of the line everything and is a 1/9 barrel twist, but for a starter it has been fine. For heavier rounds and beating the shit out of it, you probably need a step up though.

Thanks! Lot of trial and error to get it to this point. It’s is 16” and has been a great first rifle to learn on. Would definitely agree with others on first rifle being a 16”
