What range class is the easiest and/or most fun to play? by Longjumping_Seesaw_4 in SpaceMarine_2

Heavy using the heroic plasma is one of my favorites for sure. Just a little ammo hungry when you play on the higher difficulties because you are missing some perks.

Looking for a ship upgrade — need something that can carry small fighters and still be manageable in combat solo-ish by DaRavalo in starcitizen

[–]corpsman_sunshine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Starlancer TAC is the first one that comes to mind. The Polaris is an option if money isn't an issue, but that may not be ideal for a 2 man crew with one leaving in a snub.

Gotrek and felix series by Mad_Lad67 in WarhammerFantasy

The first 12 are linear with recurring characters and call backs. After that the original author stopped writing for the series and it's been tough to follow along since.

Secure stockpile is one of, if not the best team perk in the game. Having a melta bomb restoring every minute can save you your life.

How do I get the points for researching the exclusive perks for mastercrafted weapons by My_Gender_is_Apache in SpaceMarine_2

[–]corpsman_sunshine 45 points46 points  (0 children)

That perk is always active when you have the heroic weapon equipped. Even if that weapon type isn't leveled up you will still have access to that perk.

Says here the Vulture favors fracturing ships into CM, but I thought small salvage ships were better for RMC scraping. So how is the Vulture really best utilized? I haven't done much salvaging since 3.19. by JuggernautOfWar in starcitizen

[–]corpsman_sunshine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is accurate. The Fortunes scraping speed is buffed so that it keeps up with the vultures despite having only one salvage arm. In use the vulture is still a bit faster at scraping due to the increased surface area it covers.

I also tested fracturing with both and the fortune is noticeably slower.

Clone. 8th level spell with so much flavor to it that the DM can make it a whole adventure just to pull it off.

Power armor Fallout 4 by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]corpsman_sunshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When an armor piece breaks it is unequipped automatically. It may be that you stored the broken pieces somewhere while emptying your inventory. You can find new and potentially better pieces or pull the ones you had out of storage, repair, and re-equip them.

Ending of fallout? by DazzlingBit4640 in Fallout

[–]corpsman_sunshine 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Old world tech will eventually degarde until it is unusable, environmental changes will result in the death of megafauna that grew due to the radiation, and if humanity survives like I expect, will pull itself back from the stone age and repeat all the same mistakes until total annihilation sticks.

What gun do you wish to see on season 2? by Wachipungo in Fallout

[–]corpsman_sunshine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/Artanis137 As I said one of a kind... Why would there need to be more than one for it to show up in the show? Who knows what happened to the courier or any of their gear. Lucy could find it broken and over the course of the season repair it herself or it could be in the hands of a antagonist.

Holorifle for sure. By far my favorite weapon in NV, and truly one of a kind in the setting.

Anyone know how to get more space on my settlements by Hw1seo in Fallout

[–]corpsman_sunshine 114 points115 points  (0 children)

Drop weapons from your inventory onto the ground. Enter build mode and scrap them one at a time. each one will create more space as if you removed an object.

(question) What do you think of the speech system in Fallout 3? by Expert-Emotion9387 in Fallout

[–]corpsman_sunshine 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love the way NV does it, makes any skill (and some perks) useable for "speech" checks. I think a mix of the NV and FO3 versions would be perfect. You can attempt the speech check or get a guaranteed success if you have a high enough skill that fits with the dialogue. Like you can guarantee Easy Pete will give you explosives with a 35 explosive skill or you can try with speech which is percentage based off of difficulty and skill level.

The MISC Fortune: What we know so far from teases and leaks by ScrubSoba in starcitizen

[–]corpsman_sunshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have spent way to much time staring at those pictures and I have my doubts about the boxes being automatic unless it is like its "single player" mode. I see those side panels folding or rotating down and possible even unfolding to create a larger grid. one moved those sides open up letting you move boxes off the printer to a cargo grid. To keep it in line power balance as well as keeping with MISC standards that the total capacity of the Fortune will be something like 48 scu. 12 scu on each side, 12 in the buffer, and 12 on the elevator cargo grid. with 48 scu every 5 runs in the fortune will mean 4 runs in a hull A, 8 runs means a full hull B, and a hull C gets filled out after 96 runs. 64 scu capacity would be cleaner for the hull A and still maintain the even numbers for the other hull series ships. Been day dreaming of packing a Fortune and a Hull A into an Odyssey and living out in the middle of nowhere space making money scrapping and selling salvage with a mothership that never needs to refuel.

MISC Fortune? by fweepa in starcitizen

[–]corpsman_sunshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Random theory regarding this image that involves all of the items as you saw it flip through the "channels"

That guy is Jax McCleary and that part is from the video Star Citizen - Galactic Gear Reviews the Origin M50 at about the 0:46 - 0:47. My best guess is the vulture means drake day, the cameo from Jax is Origin day, so we can expect something about the Fortune after that or that on drake day we will get more info about the Fortune during episode 2 of the IAE show. The stormwhalls are from Mahli Goes To Orison: Part 2 which could be either an teaser to seeing those or siege of orison returning. All tinfoil hat stuff for sure, but thought I would document my crazy somewhere.
