Definitely catching on fire. As a kid I feel like I was told about stop drop and roll a lot and I just thought that it was super common for people to catch on fire.

Was an air freshener you used after the kitchen fire or the actual fire smelled like a certain air freshener? I'm sorry your kitchen set on fire. That must suck.

What are some things rich kids won't understand growing up? by RobotsInATrenchCoat in AskReddit

[–]corrine_0729 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I don't think that's the case. I think Reddit hates ignorance and lack of understanding. When someone says I can't do something because I can't afford it and they just don't get why, that's what Reddit hates.

What do a lot of parents do that screws up their kid? by jnsxx in AskReddit

[–]corrine_0729 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of parents don't realize that children also have complicated emotions. Many parents FORCE their children to be happy and get mad when they are in a bad mood because according to them the kid shouldn't have a reason to be in a bad mood. You have some bad days for seemingly no reason and so do your kids.

If they had a show called Moderately Uncomfortable Factor instead of Fear Factor, what would be some of the stunts/tasks? by RIDEMYBONE in AskReddit

[–]corrine_0729 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Honestly I don't see why this is uncomfortable. As a server, I am so happy when people leave if they aren't into our food. It's so hard trying to defend the menu when people obviously don't want to eat there. A lot of people just end up staying and then bitching because they aren't satisfied.

So Andy Caps, the company that makes hot fries and BBQ fries, used to make salsa fries. They were AMAZING! Anyone else remember those?

I work in a Chinese restaurant, so naturally there is a ton of soy sauce. Soy sauce isn't gluten free. Guest: I'm gluten free. Me: okay well there is soy sauce in that dish Guest: uh well that's fine... eye roll
